Located in the Heart of Marbella, Costa del Sol, this is a newly decorated and modernised throughout, comfortable second floor studio apartment  in "Edificio Skol", which is on the beachfront in Marbella.   

You are literally a 5 minutes’ walk to the Promenade and beach; in fact, if you walk out of the Skol garden gate you are on the Promenade, it is virtually impossible to be nearer the beach, than holidaying in the Skol complex.

The apartment has a balcony terrace overlooking the swimming pools and gardens.. 

This apartment has fantastic views out over palm trees to the sea and is particularly striking at sunset.  It also has a clear view to the beach and sea with the Straits of Gibraltar (or for those who know their history, The Pillars of Hercules and the edge of the then known World) and the coast line of Morocco and the Atlas Mountains in the distance. 

This apartment is west facing and has morning shade and sunny afternoons and evenings. 

Accommodation

Sleeping Arrangements.

This studio apartment sleeps two people, but, can also accommodate two children on a sofa bed. This is a studio, so, it is a large bedroom with a lounge area.

Bathroom

One with a bath/shower, hand basin and wc.

Kitchenette

Microwave, 4 ring electric hob, oven, small fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils etc.

Washing machine

There is a washing machine, or, if you prefer we offer our own in house laundry service.

Living Room

Open plan with TV and DVD player, free-to-view Sky, 3 seater Sofa and arm chair, dining table to accommodate 4 people. The living room also has air conditioning.

Balcony

Fantastic views over the spectacular gardens of the Skol with magnificent views at sunset, the balcony also has a table and chairs for that early evening meal or drink and of course, ideal for sunbathing during the day.

Towels/linen/cleaning and maid service

All towels, including beach towels are provided along with flannels and linen.

The apartment would be cleaned before your arrival and we would supply the following complimentary arrival starter pack:

Tea, coffee, sugar, sweeteners, milk, bottled water, washing up liquid, tea towels, sponge/scourer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap.

We also offer a service to provide you with basic shopping requirements for your arrival, which, if you wish, we will send you a multi-choice list and the items will be left in your apartment pre- arrival, this is subject to a 10% service charge and is payable pre-arrival at the Skol.

For your journey from Malaga Airport

We can arrange Taxi’s from and to the airport if required, at approximately €65 for 4 people. There is also a direct bus from Malaga Airport to the Bus station in Marbella for €7.50 and it is a 5 minute Taxi ride at €8.00 to the Skol.

Car parking is available at €80.00 euros per week (the local day rate in the same car park for the public is €30 per day).
