A fantastic Villa set in a secluded area behind Puerto Banus, this rustic Andalucian Villa has the creature comforts required for a relaxing holiday, so, for golfers or holiday makers and families with children this Villa is ideal, no passing traffic, the Villa is enclosed with its own gated drive.

For golfers this Villa is idealy situated within 5-10 minutes drive of the following Golf courses:

Atalaya – Los Naranjos – Aloha – Real Club de Golf Las Brisas – Dama de Noche, but to name a few.

This Villa has the added benift of the English owner living beside this property and so is on hand to deal with arrival, departures, linen or any requirements that you may have while on your holiday.

On one level, the Villa has a large lounge with a 40" flat screen TV with the Sky package and terrestial English channels, then leading off the lounge you have the kitchen and across the hall one bedroom, with two single beds,this bedroom has double doors leading on too the garden, which is ideal for that long drink in the evening under the garden umbrella.

On the other side of the lounge you have another 3 bedrooms, one which is again two single beds and two with double beds, one being the master bedroom with an on suite bathroom and a patio door through which you can see the pool, it also has fitted wardrobes.

There is another bathroom adjacent to the other bedroom. 

In total, this Villa sleeps 8 adults, a supplimentay occasional bed for a child can be provided and a travel cot is also available. 

Of course all linens and towels are supplied including Pool towels.

And if required a shopping pack of Water, Tea, Sugar, Milk, Bread, Cerial, Butter, Marmalade which will be placed in the kitchen in readiness for your arrival, this service is of course chargeable and a small surcharge of €10.00 is payable on top of the shopping items cost, all of which you pay to the owner on arrival. 

Because of the Villas seclusion, a car is a must, there is parking on the Villas drive for 2 cars.   

Prices for this Villa are: June, July, August, September €2,900.00 or equivilant in GBP per week.

October, November, December €1,000.00 or equivilant in GBP or equivilant in GBP per week.

January, February, March €1,500.00 or equivilant in GBP per week.

April, May €2000.00 or equivilant in GBP per week.
